Misinformation Positive: The property was spacious Negative: The property was not clean or maintained.Mold on both bathrooms floor(have pic). Sheets in the master bedroom fitted, flat and duvet were all soiled and had dirt stain(have pic) was not changed for our arrival. There was NO lakeside, a canal in the back of the premises (misinformation). Blinds were falling down from the master bedroom a few had missing slots. No white curtains has in pictures. Just some very gray curtains makeshift curtains that did not fit any windows on the lower level, easy viewing from outside. Garbage greeted us at the front on Friday, it was left filled. No room if we had additional garbage to place on the outside. Shower interior obviously was not clean for sometime as even the tracks were very black and molded. The dining rooms chairs were filled with rust, one of the screws felt as we sat, obviously a safety hazard ( I communicate this early). Even a few plugs were left uncovered, the broom for cleaning had debris left in it when we attempted to sweep. Overall I have serious concerns on the charges for cleaning fees . I have used this and several apps prior to book but this “booking” felt like it was a scam. Nothing is close to the description. They need to Not allow anyone else to reserve until they repair and clean.
